A Six day workshop called “Business development Services” was organized in Herat, by CRDSA for Marketing officers of CRDSA’s sub-offices in Farah, Ghor and Badghis provinces. The main subjects which were discussed through the workshop include: how to start and establish small enterprises, best marketing practices in small businesses and basic of financial accounting.
This was a ToT workshop in which marketing officers and supervisors were trained, so after going to the field, they will provide BDS trainings to 1500 vocational training trainees in the mentioned three provinces. Vocational Trainings for 1500 persons Returnees/IDPs and vulnerable host families in the mentioned provinces have already started and they will receive and complete trainings in different professions in a six month period.
