Leadership & Strategic Management Training

During the months of November and December 2016, Coordination of Rehabilitation & Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) ACEP team cascaded four three days Leadership & Strategic Management Trainings with participation of 5 women and 15 men from (CRDSA), Rehabilitation Association and Agriculture Development for Afghanistan (RAADA), Supporting Organization for Afghanistan Civil Society (SOACS), Afghanistan Youth National Development and Social Organization (AYNDSO), Humanitarian Organization for Local Development (HOLD), Voluntary Association for Rehabilitation of Afghanistan (VARA), Social Development Advocacy Organization (SDAO) in Herat, Nimroz, Ghor and Farah provinces. The training sessions aimed to enhance the capacity and knowledge of west region provincial CSO partners (PCPs) in field of leadership and strategic management to better manage and implement all civic activities to help ACEP program achieve its goal. Throughout the three day training, (successful leaders  and managers, Strategic Management definition, the five process model of Strategic Management, environmental scanning/ analysis, Strategic Management planning definition, SWOT analysis, stakeholders analysis, implementation of Strategic Management  and Strategic Monitoring and Evaluation) together with their details including group works were trained to the participants. As the result of the training sessions, PCPs learned the abovementioned subjects and stated that these issues are so helpful for leading and managing our all aspects of our organizational developments.  The training ended with awarding certificates to the participants and appreciating CRDSA for cascading the training.
