Vulnerable Populations Prison Project is based in Herat Juvenile Rehabilitation center funded by INL (Department of State) is a five-year program started on April 20, 2015 and ends on June 30, 2020. Through this project CRDSA provides vocational skills trainings to inmates juveniles inside HJRC, provides marketing opportunities and exhibition for the juveniles’ products, enhance the capacity of HJRC management team, increase access to justice and legal services, increase access to education and sport/entertainment facilities to HJRC juveniles, improves the living condition of the inmates, improves the safely re-integration of the inmates, provision of education classes (primary school), provision of sound entertainment activities and establishment of the open center in HJRC.
